ROCHELLE SPEARS, Owner, Designer
My name is Rochelle Spears. After 15 years of Real Estate, I "retired" and became a SAHM! :) I have 5 children (28, 24, 18, 11, and 9) and 1 DIL!! I have a wonderful husband who supports my crafting to the fullest! I have been scrapbooking since 2003 and I just can't get enough of it! I love the products, the smell of new paper, trying out new trends, creating memories and most of all sharing my scrapbooks with others! :) In 2016 one of my long time dream came trueÖ becoming the owner of The ScrapRoom! I'm super excited for this new adventure!

Besides my family and scrapbooking, you will find me traveling, reading or watching Netflix! I love coffee in the morning, Peach Ice Tea during the day and chocolate candy at night. This is me, Rochelle. :)

BRENDA RAGSDALE, Admin, Designer
Hi! My name is Brenda Ragsdale.

I am a native of California currently residing in Oregon. I am mother to two awesome adult sons and GrandDiva to three beautiful granddaughters and three handsome grandsons.

On the days that I am not actually scrapbooking, I am doing something scrapbook related, like creating a sketch, blogging, creating challenges, etc. I prefer creating layouts, and will occasionally create a card or altered item. I would say that my style is more on the clean and simple side. I created my first scrapbook album in 2006 and then quit for a few years and did not seriously start scrapping again until the beginning of 2010. I am so glad that I became addicted to scrapbooking as it is the perfect way to record my familyís history and tell each family members personal story. I like scrapping the good, bad and the ugly stories and details as it is all a part of our daily existence.

Besides scrapbooking, I love to travel. try different restaurants, and spend time anywhere there is a lake, river, beach or the ocean.

LISA HIDY, Designer
Hi! My name is Lisa Hidy and I am an avid paper crafter! I started scrapbooking 19 years ago after the birth of my son. I love learning new techniques and have enjoyed seeing scrapbooking trends evolve over the years. I enjoy using sketches as a starting point for my projects and when I'm not gluing or cutting paper you will find me sketching out my newest layout idea or making cards for the card ministry I started at my church to benefit a local women's' shelter. I am a die hard college basketball and football fan, talk radio fanatic, Band Mom, book lover, sweet tea connoisseur and history buff. I'm a Midwesterner by birth, Texan by choice, just enjoying life here in the Great State of Texas with my crafty friends! Happy creating ya'll!!!
Hello, I'm Heather! I have been scrapbooking since 2004 when my mother-in-law suggested I make an album for my husband for Father's Day of our then 1 son! Now I am the mother of 4 boys, which includes a set of triplets! They keep me very active and are the primary source of all my scrapbooking adventures! That being said, I scrap mainly boys! I am a fairly simple, straight line scrapper but I love playing with distress inks and sprays and trying new techniques! Scrapbook products truly get me excited! I love the feel of paper in my hands and glue and ink on my fingers! Creating is truly my passion!

Besides scrapping and my family, I am a true soccer mom! My triplets all play soccer and keep me active! When not at soccer games, you can find me camping, hiking, reading a good book, watching Hallmark Channel movies, and just hanging out with the family! Oh yes, and I work full time as an HR Manager. Our house is a regular zoo between myself, my husband, 4 boys, 2 dogs, 1 cat and a turtle but it keeps life exciting (and messy!)!
GRACE TOLMAN, Designer, Process Video Designer
My life in a nutshell: I'm a busy mom of a 14 year old boy , a 12 year old girl and a 3 year old little guy. Therefore my life is usually filled with learning, new discovery, bribery and sometimes "time outs". I have a loving and very supportive husband of 16 years. When the kids have gone to bed at night, my time is spent crafting while catching up on my favorite shows and movies. I am a big bookworm but prefer to read romantic novels. I love that they always have happy endings. I want to call myself a gardener but I kill more plants than keep them alive. But I still perserver because you never know, I might meet a plant that is resistant to my methods and would actually stay alive. I am also a student and will be graduating with a degree in Marriage and Family Science in July. I am looking forward to this chapter of my life to end. I have a ton of scrapbook projects that I've put off in the last 5 years and I can't wait to finally have the time to work on them.
Although Iíve been doing some type of scrapbooking since grade school, I only started to scrapbook seriously after my first child was born. When he was born I knew I will be staying at home with him but coming from a fast paced sales job I was afraid I would ran out of things to do during the day. Little did I know that with a newborn you wonít have anytime to do anything else. Anyways after going through a basic scrapbooking class I was hooked and havenít stopped scrapping since. My style has evolved through the years but there's one thing that never changes- my quest to tell the story. That's always the first thing I think of when I want to make a scrapbook page and/or project. And lately I've been inspired by pattern paper and fun, bright colors.

DEE HUNT, Designer
I've been married to my husband for 25 years. We have 2 kids and 5 grandchildren (3 boys and 2 girls). We lived in Michigan until we moved out to Las Vegas, Nevada in 2009. I've been scrapbooking for over 18 years. I worked at my local scrapbook store back in Michigan until I moved. When I got to Las Vegas I got a job at one of the local scrapbooking store. I worked there until it closed last year. I was a teacher and a designer for both of the store. I got into scrapbooking just to do a book on my family to keep up with my growing family history. With a new granddaughter in November to keeps me busy scrapbooking.
ROBIN REDD, Designer, Process Video Designer
Hello! I'm Robin Redd! I've been in the crafting for as long as I can remember. My mom taught me to craft as soon as I could hold an embroidery needle or a pencil and crayons. I raised two children, home-schooling them for 6 years in the 90's. THOSE were the best of days! I moved my mom in with us, for 8 years, to care for her while she suffered with Alzheimer's. That was one of the hardest things I've done but I would do it again, if given the chance. And, now, I'm doing what I've loved doing all along, scrapbooking and crafting!
My name is Simone, Iím a mom of three boys currently living in the San Francisco Bay Area. I have been a creative person and stationery lover all my life but started scrapbooking in 2014 with Project Life. I have kept an album for each year (except 2017) since and I havenít managed to complete a single one. In the beginning of the year I decided on a whim that I would try a Heidi Swapp Memory Planner instead and focus on completing the albums from years past. So far I love this approach, I can still do pocket page spreads but also have the challenge of something new and exciting. I love the challenge of a new format, a new product, a technique I havenít tried before or a limited amount of supplies - all those challenges keep my creative juices flowing. Please check my youtube channel or instagram to find out what Iím excited about right now. Oh, when Iím not creating stuff with paper, I might knit or sew and Iím also spending a lot of time at my local climbing gym.

CHRISTINE MEYER, Process Video Designer
I'm Christine Meyer and I'm so delighted to be joining The ScrapRoom team!
I grew up in Los Angeles and moved to Austin, Texas for college. I met my husband there and have moved several times with him as he follows God's call to serve as a Pastor. We moved to Ohio about 18 months ago and love it here. I love to do Paper Crafting in just about any form and especially love to use it to document memories of my four kids!
I am currently on the Design Teams for Paper House Productions, SRM Stickers, and Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L. I am blessed to stay at home with my kids and manage their education! Life keeps me busy but I love every minute of it! Paper crafting provides some much needed downtime to help slow down that busy life! In addition to paper crafting, I'm an avid distance bike rider. When the weather is right, it can be a tough call between crafts and getting out on a trail :). I once read that you need a hobby that makes you happy (paper crafts) and one that makes you healthy (biking) - I'm thankful to have some fun things to do with my downtime!
You can find more of my work on my YouTube Channel, blog, my facebook page, or as cameyer71 on Instagram.
SUZANNA LEE, Process Video Designer
I am Suzanna Lee; mother, wife, Physical Therapist, cat nap partner and a whole host of other titles! I have long had a hand in the crafting world but my love for patterned paper and fussy cutting began when we moved here to Glen Allen, Virginia and my paper collecting hobby became a paper cutting and layout creating hobby! My first gig as a Design Team member for our (now out of business) local scrapbook store led to another team and another and I have been going ever since. It is an honor to share with the papercrafting community new techniques, innovative ways to use product and share my love of paper, embellishments and preserving your memories all while being creative!
Over the years, I have had the honor and pleasure of working with several sketch/challenge, manufacturer and kit club design teams, and have had my layouts published in magazines and books. I have been blessed to design for Pebbles, Cocoa Daisy, Simple Stories, Just Nick, Stuck?! Sketches, Creative Scrappers, Scrapbook Generation, Imaginisce, The Twinery and Coordinations. I have been published in Scrapbook & Cards Today, Create, Creating Keepsakes, Cards, Scrapbook Trends and various online publications. I presently design for Cocoa Daisy and SpiegelMom Scraps.
